"JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM. "This review is the Lord's Truth! I left Darlington on my scooter that struggled to top out at 27mph. I was forced to fill up 3 different times on my way to Hager cycle world in Rock Hill. After 5 hrs riding, I finally arrived. Shane & Justin & Cathy went to work & a little while later, I hit the road headed back to Darlington. "I wanted to thank Hager Cycle World service dept for exceptional service. I was on my way down to Daytona Bike Week and just south of Hager CW on I-77 when I had a rear brake problem on my 2008 Goldwing. I was able to limp back to Hager CW and Jamie diagnosed my problem and had me repaired and back on the road w/in 1.5 hrs. I was very concerned that I would forfeit over $1000.00 in hotel reservations but thanks to the great team at Hager I was only delayed for a couple of hours and fully enjoyed my trip. Thanks again to the service team @ Hager CW. Cudos to you all."
